Privacy policy

What we collect

• Contact form: name, email, optional phone, and your message about a project or estimate.
• When you call or email us: whatever you choose to share so we can reply and schedule work.
• Technical basics: standard server and hosting logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time). We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

• To answer estimate requests, schedule visits, and provide quotes.
• To deliver, plant, and follow up on jobs you hire us for.
• To keep business records required for a licensed contractor nursery.
• We do not sell your personal information.

Who receives form submissions

Contact form messages go to our business inbox and follow-up tools so a grower can reply. Those tools process the submission only to help us run the nursery. Do not put payment card numbers in the form.

Hosting

The website is hosted on infrastructure that may log requests for security and reliability (including Cloudflare). Those logs are not used for marketing.

How long we keep it

Estimate and job-related contacts are kept as long as needed to serve you and to meet ordinary business and legal record-keeping needs. You can ask us to update or delete contact details that are not required for an active job or legal obligation.

Your choices

Email or call us to correct information, ask what we have on file for you, or request deletion where we are not required to keep it. Washington residents may have additional rights under state privacy law; we will respond to valid requests as required.

Children

This site is for adult property owners and landscapers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this page when our practices or tools change. The “Updated” date at the top will change when we do.
