Privacy Trees Expert Nursery is a nursery and planting business in Monroe, WA. We deliver and plant privacy trees across Washington, or you pick up at the farm in Monroe.

Website use

• Use the site for lawful purposes only — browsing stock, pricing, and requesting estimates.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it aggressively, or submit automated spam.
• Content on this site (copy, photos, branding) belongs to us or our licensors. You may not reuse it for commercial purposes without permission.

Estimates and quotes

• Submitting the contact form or calling us requests a free estimate / conversation. It is not a purchase order until we both agree to a written quote for a specific job.
• Tree prices shown on the site are for pickup at the farm unless a page says otherwise. Delivery and planting are extra when we do that work.
• Stock, sizes, and prices can change. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed for your order.
• We aim to reply within one business day; delays can happen in peak season.

Payment

Unless a written quote says otherwise, you pay when the job is done. We do not require a deposit through this website. Do not send card numbers through the contact form.

Accuracy

We work to keep plant descriptions, sizes, and prices accurate. Photos show typical stock; individual trees vary. If something on the site conflicts with a written quote, the quote controls for that job.

Limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by Washington law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on general site content. Field work warranties and remedies, if any, are stated in your written job agreement or quote — not on this page alone.

Third-party links and tools

The site may link to maps or other services we do not control. Form submissions are processed with our CRM provider so we can respond. Their use of data is limited to helping us run the business, as described in our Privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes related to the website will be handled in courts located in Washington, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. The “Updated” date at the top shows when we last changed this page.
